Phillip Marc Bailey passed away on May 27, 2018 in Huntington, WV. He was born on August 30, 1976 to his father Stanley Harry Bailey and his mother Emily Beth Dukes. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing pool. He leaves behind to mourn his loss his mother Emily Beth Dukes and his stepfather Fredrick Dukes; his brothers Chris Weitzel and Paul Weitzel and a host of family and friends.
