Phyllis Jean Ross

Phyllis Jean Ross, 79 of Ceredo, WV passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at King’s Daughter Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Tuesday July 2, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Kenova United Methodist Church with Pastor Kenny Martin.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm -2:00pm Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at the Kenova United Methodist Church

She was born on October 20, 1944 in Ashland, KY the daughter of the late Mayo and Marjorie Kesling Boggs.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and a wonderful sister. She was the perfect and dedicated wife and best friend for over 58 years.

She loved the simple things in life and one of her joys was walking her little buddy “Coda Bear”

She was a follower of Jesus Christ who belonged to Kenova United Methodist Church

She is survived by her husband Gary Ross, daughters and sons in law; Shay and Kenny Martin, Shelley Massie and Lori and Keith Rayburn.

Grandchildren: Ben Skeens, Dr. Ross Skeens, MyKenah Martin, Jacob and Jacqueline Massie, Zack Massie, Rikki Massie, Izack Massie, Paxton Dingess, Alyssa Rayburn, Cooper Rayburn. Great Grandchildren: River, Staley, Malachi, Harper, Haddie and Hudson. One sister and brother in law: Dordy and Jim Leimbach.
