Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 1:00pm by Pastor Delbert Dixon at the Reger Funeral Chapel. He was born on November 25, 1959 in Huntington, WV. He was a meat cutter. He is survived by his son Christopher Lovins; and his daughter, Kayla Lovins.
