Regina Faye Ball

Regina Faye Ball, 93 of Barboursville, WV died Monday, May 19, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center.  She was  born December 22, 1931 in Huntington,WV a daughter of the late Willard and Ethel Mae Grant Coates.  She was a retired employee of St. Mary's Medical Center, having worked in their housekeeping department.  Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 pm Friday, May 23, 2025 at Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Kim Stone.  Burial will follow in Dock's Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time at 12:00 pm at the funeral home.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Smokey Ball, two brothers, Willard Coates, Jr., and Jim Coates, and two sisters Gladys Pack and Maudie Chadwick.  Survivors include two sons Keith (Lessie) Chapman of Kenova, WV, John (Rachel ) Ball of Spring, Tx; two daughters, Linda Crowder of Huntington, WV, Sherry (Donald ) Wilds of Barboursville, WV and one step-daughter, Deborah White of PA; 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren,  one brother, Stanley (Janet) Coates of Proctorville, OH and a host of nieces and nephews.
