Rhonda Lynn (Daniels) Simpkins

Rhonda Lynn (Daniels) Simpkins, 74 of Richmond, KY died Thursday January 15, 2026 at Baptist Health Richmond in Richmond, KY. Rhonda was born May 23, 1951, in Edgarton, WV to Mason Daniels and Dana Laura (Coleman) Daniels.  She was preceded  in death by her parents and brothers David Daniels and Randy Daniels and her grandmother Helen (Francis) Marcum.  She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Wesley Simpkins, children Rebecca, Sean, and  Brian Simpkins, daughter-in-law Stela Romero, three special grandchildren: Gavin, Gabrielle and Graham Simpkins and her sisters:  Helen Edwards, Kathy Wolford, and Teresa Allen as well as a host of friends and family.  A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, WV.
