She was born on September 27, 1969 in Huntington, WV the daughter of Robert "Bob" Bailey and the late Carol Joyce Schill
She was the owner and operator of a local house keeping business.
In addition to her father she is survived by her sister Lisa Bailey.
Per her request there will be no services
