Roger Eugene Kaylor

Roger Eugene Kaylor, 73, of Huntington, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at his residence. Roger was born on November 22, 1952 in Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late Donzie Eugene and Elma Lee Adkins Kaylor. He was an auto mechanic. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed going to NASCAR races. He loved his grandchildren dearly. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Kaylor; two sons, Kevin Coleman and Ty Allen Kaylor; two grandsons, Steven Porter and Zac McLaughlin; and brother, Harold Lee Kaylor. Roger is survived by his children, Roger Eugene (Morgan) Kaylor, Jr., Dreama (Steve) Porter, Billy Coleman, James (Jennifer) Coleman, Darren Lee (Candace) Coleman, Jeff (Amanda) Coleman; fifteen grandchildren, Elizabeth (Sha), Brittany, Amanda, Wayne Michael, Courtney, Katie, Jayden, Lincoln, Randy, Jay, Layla, Gabe, Caleb, Brayden and Aimee; several great grandchildren; two sisters, Gail Workman and Diana (Marty) Coates; a special niece Kara Bellomy; and a host of other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast.
