Ruth Rachel Dwiggins, 85, of Huntington, passed away on May 1, 2015. She was born on July 3, 1929 in Fayette County, WV, a daughter of the late Edward Lafayette Jenkins and Ida Mae Thompson. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her brother, Ezra Jenkins, from West Harrison, IN. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington. CK 15-022
