Sammy Jay Hamlin, 55, of Mason County, WV, died Monday May 30, 2016 at Lakin Hospital, West Columbia, WV. He was a mechanic. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Friday at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Rome Proctorville Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
