Samuel Smith, 86, of Kenova died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Hospice House in Huntington, WV. He is survived by his wife Juanita Smith. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at White Chapel Mausoleum.
