Sheila Jean McSurley

Sheila Jean McSurley, 69, of Kenova, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2026at St. Mary's Medical Center. Sheila was born on December 16, 1956 in Paintsville, Ky a daughter of the late Harold and Ellen Jean Dale Stambaugh. She was a real estate office manager. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by on sister, Sharon Faye Dailey. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Combs; one son, Harold Matthew Stambaugh; three grandchildren, Serenity Stambaugh, C.J. Stambaugh, and Amaraissa Castle; one aunt, Gwen Shoemaker; a niece, Lari Michele Young; great-niece and great-nephew, Erin and Ryan; a special cousin, Penny Dale; and many other loving cousins and family members. There will be no services at this time in keeping with Sheila's wishes. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
