Sheila Rowena Lowe

Sheila Rowena Lowe, 60 of Huntington, WV passed away February 26, 2016 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born July 16, 1955, a Daughter of the late Richard Waynewright Keigley and Vivian Loraine Mcguire. In addition to her parents, Sheila is preceded in death by her Loving husband Louis Allen Lowe; sisters, Ernestine Adkins, Cora Keigley . She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her daughters; Michele Bloomfield (Dale), Julie Allen (Jeff) and Christy Heaberlian (Dee), Son, George Smith. Also surviving, Sisters; Naomi Thacker, Nancy Parsons and Lorna Adkins (Ezra), Brothers; Richard Keigley II and James Keigley and seven Grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
