Dr. Sue Potter Forrest, 69, of Ashland, KY passed away on Tuesday October 22, 2008 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She is survived by two sons, Dan Forrest of Bowling Green, KY and Don Forrest of Rineyville, KY. There will be no services. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is assisting the family.
