Tonya Lynn Scaggs

Tonya Lynn Mathis Scaggs, 44, of Winchester, KY, formerly of Ceredo, WV died December 25, 2010 at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester. She is the daughter of Chester Mathis of Ceredo and the late Wilda Kay May Mathis. In addition to her father, she is survived by a daughter, Patricia Scaggs, two sons, Jimmy Scaggs and Robert Lee Bailey, Jr., and a grandson Dakota Scaggs, all of Winchester. Additional survivors include a sister Patricia Mathis Daniels and a niece Katelyn Mathis, both of Ashland, KY. There will be no visitation or service. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
