Wanda Lee Stallard, 92, of Ashland, KY, widow of O.B. Stallard, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Woodlands Oaks, Ashland, KY. She was born May 4, 1934, in Huntington, WV. She was an Executive Secretary. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Friday at Buffalo Valley Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Cyrus Cemetery, Prichard, WV. Friends may call from noon until service time on Friday at the Buffalo Valley Baptist Church. Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, is assisting the family with arrangements.
