William "Bill" Paul Smith, 77, of South Point, died Saturday at his residence. He was a coal miner. A graveside military service will be conducted at noon on Thursday at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar, WV. There will be no procession to the cemetery. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. www.regerfh.com.
