William Harold Brooks

William Harold Brooks, 79. of Hamlin, WV formerly of Huntington, WV passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Lincoln Health Care Center.

He was born on January 29, 1946 in Huntington, WV the son of the late William Lester and Naomi Beatrice Crow Brooks. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Sue Taylor.

He was a veteran of the US Army having served two tours of duty in Viet Nam and was a member of the American Legion Post 93. He was a retired manager.

He is survived by his brother and sister in law: David Lee and Debbie Brooks. Nieces and nephews: Matt Robinson, Kellie(Heath) Freeman, Michael Brooks(Jennifer, Heather Blankenship(Tony) and Tony Brook(Cresside)

Graveside military rites will be conducted on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:00 am at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV
