I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the care and true concern I felt from Andrew Reger and the staff before, during and after the funeral for my brother-n-law. My sister had many details to attend to but never felt any pressure from them and they actually went above and beyond what I would have expected in order to help her through this. The service was very lovely and very respectful to my sisters wishes. They arranged for the Honor Guard which was such a memorial part of the service. I felt as if we were the only family they were taking care of and although I was in the area for a short time, I definitely would recommend them in time of need. Unfortunately, I lost my dad then my mom less than 5 months later. Both very shocking and sudden. I can’t say enough great things about Andrew Reger. He treated my family like family. He is so respectful and helpful. I really just can’t thank him enough.

I appreciate your Etiquette section on your page. All too often I've gone to viewings where people act as if it's a social gathering. I know that some people prefer this, but most of the time people are grieving the loss of someone they cared about and this time should reflect that, so often it does not. I think people need to be reminded of this more often. Good job

I want to thank you for the beautiful funeral you and your staff gave my mother. I was very impressed with your kindness and such detail you gave to our every concern. I would have never received such individual care and attention in our area of MI. It was the Glorious departure for my mother. I am sure she was looking down with much pleasure.
